162 real estate agents in Darlinghurst, NSW, 2010

From the word go, the Wardy team worked relentlessly to market and promote our house to their extensive private buyers database even before we decided to advertise. We chose the Roger Wardy's team after observing and following their track record of successful sales comparing with all other agents for more than two years in our Kingsford, Kensington area. In a tough market the team exceeded our expectations even working throughout weekend evenings to get the best result for us. In and around areas/suburbs where the Wardy team specialises in, their service and dedication are second to none. I feel that anyone selling must consider the Wardy team to get the best results. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Knowledge, skill, speed, commitment, honesty and outstanding communication.

We couldn’t recommend Roger Wardy and the Wardy team highly enough. From the beginning, Roger was honest, strategic and incredibly committed to getting the best possible result for us. After having previously been on the market, we needed an agent who really understood the local market and could bring fresh energy and confidence to the campaign. Roger did exactly that. His advice around presentation, positioning and the sales strategy was spot on, and throughout the entire process we always felt informed and supported. Roger and his team worked incredibly hard behind the scenes, communicated with us constantly and handled every part of the campaign professionally. Most importantly, we always felt that Roger genuinely had our best interests at heart and was focused on achieving the strongest possible outcome rather than simply getting a deal done. Selling a home can be stressful, but Roger made the process feel calm and well managed from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roger and the Wardy team to anyone selling in Rosebery or the surrounding area. Thank you Roger and team — we genuinely appreciate everything you did for us.

Being an emotional experience for the vendor Adrian handled the situation extremely professionsally and the whole experience went as smoothly as could be expected. Great job.

Adrian was always very timely in his responses and very acknowledgeable of the market. He is an excellent communicator and I greatly appreciated his open and transparent communications at all time. His team are all highly professional and very supportive throughout the process.

Adrian was proactive and provided sound and knowledgeable advice. He maintained regular contact keeping us informed about sale developments. This led to the positive outcome we all desired.
