Mitchell is the BEST real estate agent. We just sold our second home through him, with him taking the lead and doing all the heavy lifting, while keeping us in the loop the whole way. Drewe was very helpful in providing useful advice and assistance throughout the sale process. He clearly explained the selling process, services and fees of the real estate agent. Drewe provided up to date market information and valuations for my property, which enabled me to decide to sell the property as vacant land to maximise the market price. This meant I needed to demolish the old house on the block, which meant several months delay to starting the sale process. During this period, Drewe provided helpful information and advice regarding various issues related to the demolition, the considerations that potential buyers might raise and would need to be told, and how best to present the property for sale. When the block was ready, Drewe arranged for the property to be quickly put on the market at a recommended asking price. An offer was quickly received and accepted; however, due to an unusual condition associated with an aerial power line, the original offer was withdrawn. In consultation with Drewe I decided to relocate the power line; however, Drewe continued the sale process and renegotiated a contract at my asking price, conditional on the works being completed. Overall, my property sale experience was excellent, overcoming unexpected problems and achieving better than my original expectations. I appreciated Drewe’s professionalism and his assistance through providing expert guidance, practical information, and common-sense advice.
