Phil had extensive knowledge of the Northern Beaches market, which enabled him to communicate exactly where we needed to be in terms of price to be competitive. I had met Phil at a couple of properties that I had previously inspected and each time he knew exactly where the market was at and was able to provide an accurate indicative price range (selling at the midpoint of his range). This extensive knowledge enables Phil to be clear and transparent so that potential buyers can understand exactly where they stand relative to the market and others interested in the property.
