We have, over the years, bought and sold many properties in the Manly area. We have, therefore, dealt with many real estate agents. Nathan has been, to use the current parlance, on another level. We would gladly use him again, when we next buy or sell, as he is, unusually, willing and able to communicate in a manner we had not previously experienced. For us this has been extremely important. He easily gained our trust and confidence, which when dealing with a real estate agent, is not easily accomplished.
