Selling a property from interstate is not easy, you really need to trust your agent. Having bought and sold numerous properties, Tim is the only agent I would trust selling in North West Tasmania. After having our property listed with another agent twice for a total of well over 9 months, we engaged Tim. Within a week he advised us what we needed to do to improve the presentation (it had been rented out and not looked after well), arranged trades to complete the agreed work and even brought his mower over and mowed the lawns for us so that he could present it well. Brent was absolutely fantastic with the sale of my current home, as well as instrumental in helping me find another property. A seamless and focused experience.
