Well, I was not disappointed his execution and experience with the market was amazing and I followed all his advice. Within hours of listing I already had a list of potential buyers! I was always kept updated and he was always happy to answer my questions and so easy to deal with - and I learned so much! 

Brooke has been a pleasure to deal with. She was very prompt on communications with me and helped me (for the first time) buy a property while it's still at the 'coming soon' phase. I am sure the vendor was equally happy that Brooke closed the deal for her even before the property formally hits the market.
