The beauty of owner operated agency is terrific the team is small and nothing gets missed, Thomas’s team is a credit to him. As time went by Thomas sold 2 of our properties both in Richmond with little fuss and achieved great results. The beauty of an agent like Thomas is you receive total professionalism with genuine feeling of him knowing his clients personally. As owners we were made to feel like we were his top priority. When it came time to sell our last property we did not hesitate for Thomas to make it happen. He took care of staging and everything else that needed to happen. We were please with the result in a challenging market. Thomas is a great agent and a lovely genuine man.
