From the moment we met Troy, we knew he was an honest agent who genuinely cared and was passionate about selling houses. His professionalism, communication, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you choose to go with Troy, you won’t be disappointed. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and committed real estate agent.

Our experience with Troy was unique and genuinely memorable. We were considering selling our home when we came across a property he was listing that immediately caught our attention. Curious, we arranged a private inspection, met Troy in person, and instantly fell in love with the home. That first meeting really stuck with us, not only because of the property itself but because of how easy Troy was to talk to and how professional yet relaxed he made the whole experience feel. When it came time to sell our own home, we met with several agents to compare approaches and advice. Troy stood out straight away. He came fully prepared, had done his research, and communicated clearly and confidently. Most importantly, he was a straight shooter with no sales fluff, no unnecessary pressure, just honesty and insight. His calm, genuine approach gave us immediate trust in him. In the end, we chose Troy to sell our home, and we even bought our next property through him before our sale had gone through. That shows how confident we were in his ability to deliver. Throughout the selling process, Troy was transparent, responsive, and incredibly professional. He kept us informed every step of the way, managed our expectations realistically, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and supported. If it wasn’t for Troy, we would not have sold our home or found our new one. He made what could have been a stressful time genuinely enjoyable and rewarding. You have changed our lives for the better, and we could not have asked for a better agent. I would confidently recommend this Silver Fox to anyone thinking of selling. You will be in the best hands.

We contracted Troy from Chwyla to sell our Doreen property in July 2025 as we felt he had the local market knowledge and experience we required. Troy mapped out a plan for us for the sale with his recommendations and suggestions that added tangible value. He was professional throughout and his communication in particular was outstanding. I could not fault any element of his service. The end result was a quick sale that was above our expected price range. I could not recommend Troy more highly.
