Kevin has always been very helpful to all my requests. He told me all about those who came for the inspections, he tried to encourage them to come to the auction to bid for the house. He always open the house for inspection at their requested time. If it is not because Kevin encouraged the bidders to come, and they bidded for the house at the auction, the house would not have be sold at this high price, I am indeed very thankful and grateful to him.
