We had a great experience working with John and the team at OC Real Estate. John was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process. His market knowledge and attention to detail were excellent, and he always provided clear and practical advice. Communication was prompt, efficient and transparent, which made the whole experience very smooth. We were very impressed with the level of service and professionalism from both John and OC Real Estate and would highly recommend them.

This is the 3rd home we have trusted Rod to sell for us, & while our previous experiences were positive, this sale was particularly special to us. In the past, Rod sold our investment properties while interstate, so we never had the opportunity to meet him in person. This time was different. We were selling our family home with the goal of finding our “forever home”, so the process was much more personal & emotional. Rod guided us through a challenging market & ultimately achieved a result we were very happy with. What impressed us just as much was the support & advice he gave us while we were searching for our next home. Throughout the process, on occasions we called Rod simply for advice on how to navigate difficult situations, even though he had nothing to gain from doing so. He always gave us honest, practical advice & had our best interests at heart. It was the little things that really stood out. Rod would take the initiative to make sure everything was looking its best before an open inspection, even blowing the leaves off our driveway. On one occasion, I came outside to find him holding my toddler’s hand while I quickly ran inside to grab the blower. It was a small gesture, but it said a lot about the kind of person he is. His willingness to go above & beyond, without being asked, is a big part of why we came to trust & appreciate him. During the uncertainty surrounding the purchase of our new home, Rod kept us informed every step of the way. He was always approachable & responsive. Rod is authentic, tenacious, honest, trustworthy & professional. More importantly, he genuinely cares about the people he represents. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an agent they can truly trust. Thank you, Rod, for everything you did for our family. We are incredibly grateful and look forward to working with you again in the future.
