Its always difficult to instill your trust in a real estate agent to sell you property, as there are so many that over promise and under deliver - however I have had the pleasure of Sandy Pralica successfully selling three of my properties in the last 12 months. Her persistence and determination to get them sold was incredible, and her consistent progress reports and service were always fantastic and done with a smile. Its not often you find someone who can exceeds your expectations, though Sandy is certainly one who does.
