She understands human psychology, how people work and how to communicate clearly and well. She is right on target in every way you need her to be, besides knowing what you don’t and making sure you have done everything an owner should take care of that will attract buyers. We were 100% relaxed and carefree throughout the process because her personality is such that you simply know fast you don’t need to worry and she is not just highly experienced, but confident after years in the business.
