I recently had the pleasure of working with Christian West and his team to sell my home, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the moment we first spoke, Christian radiated poise, professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine interest in my needs. He meticulously evaluated my property, and his market insights were spot-on. Christian went above and beyond to make the selling process smooth. His communication skills are exemplary; he kept me updated at every stage and was always accessible for any queries. He made a potentially stressful experience absolutely seamless, thanks to his proactive approach, transparency, honesty and calm demeanour. Christian, Gabriela and his team really captured the essence of my home beautifully with the preparation, staging and marketing of our home. He didn’t just list my property; he showcased it. As a result, my house didn’t just sell; it sold quickly and at an excellent price. In a real estate market filled with agents seeking quick sales, Christian stands out as someone who invests time and effort in understanding his clients and delivering results that exceed expectations. If you are looking for an agent who combines skill, integrity, and a personalised touch, look no further than Christian West.

When we first met Christian at an open house in our area we both walked out and said “He seems like a nice guy!” Which is not something we often say about agents. As we saw more and more homes that Christian was selling we also noticed he achieved incredible results for his vendors. Christian is a rare blend of personality and effectiveness. He was extremely responsive, a great communicator, and has a very efficient methodology for his sales, together with his excellent team. Christian managed to secure us a great price for our townhouse in a tough market, in just a matter of days. As our first sale he made us feel very comfortable in what can be an emotional ride. We have really enjoyed working with Christian and would highly recommend him.

We engaged Christian as he came recommended from mutual friends. From day one Christian was awesome. He talked us through the process and expectations before we were obligated in any way. Once we committed to him been our agent he was very quick and clear with what he needed to get is on market asap in a declining market. We were online within a week including painting, cleaning, styling and photography. From first viewings he got interested parties engaged and included us along the way. We sold for a good price with shorter settlement in a week and three weeks before auction. Would definitely recommend for those who like a no bullshit process, which is hard to come by with Sydney real estate.
