Selling a property for the first time in a long time is a bit daunting. Clint's advice has always been spot on. We aimed for an honest and real experience for ourselves and people interested in the property. Clint provided this for us and we are thankful. He was always ready to listen to our questions and follow up on the help we needed. He kept us informed at all times and enabled us to achieve a great outcome.

Clint and Lauren were very professional, responsive and executed according to the initial plan provided to me. They secured an offer after the 2nd open day and shown very good negotiation skills ensuring a good one. They have excellent Hills market knowledge.

Clint was recommended to us by our daughter and her husband who had felt with him and his team before when they shifted 2 years ago. As mature age retirees it was refreshing to be spoken to with respect for our age and need to have matters explained in simple terms without the acronyms and such like. We would recommend Clint and his team to anyone either buying or selling.
