As sellers, we were extremely impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism Dave brought to the table. His pricing strategy, marketing approach, and negotiation skills were spot‑on, leading to a strong sale outcome in a competitive market. Dave kept us informed at every stage and handled every detail with care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and effective real estate professional.

We met Dave in 2016 or 2017, since then he helped us selling our properties as per our expectations. His professional behaviour, communication skills made us trust him fully. He has complete knowledge about the current market situation and always gives true advice. I highly recommend him. Thanks Dave for help us from last so many years. Wish you all the best.

They were very respectful and responsive to calls

I recently worked with Skad Real Estate and was genuinely impressed by their professionalism and dedication. From the first phone call to settlement day, the team was responsive, transparent, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel confident and well-informed throughout. Special shoutout to Dave Singh and Harminder Singh, their communication was spot-on, and he always made sure I felt supported. What really stood out was how they balanced market knowledge with a personal touch. I never felt like just another client. If you’re looking for an agency that’s honest, efficient, and easy to work with, I’d highly recommend Skad. They made what could’ve been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward.

Harminder was very easy to deal with and shared details about the whole process and helped me as well.
