He has really detailed knowledge of the local area and always went the extra mile to get people to come and look at the property in what was a very tough market. His communication was fantastic so we always knew how things were going, even when I was travelling overseas for work, and felt really supported throughout the whole process. Without his persistence and willingness to go above and beyond I don't think we would have achieved such a fantastic outcome!
