Michael is a really nice guy who went above and beyond to help me with a plumbing issue on final inspection but I have some serious reservations about giving a higher rating. When a property that is for sale is "styled" and furnished to create the best impression, it is to be expected that bare of furniture it will not present as well. Whilst it is the buyers responsibility to see beyond the styling, you don't pull down every wall hanging and it is not reasonable to expect that every mirror or picture hides fist sized holes in walls. When asked about what was being covered an agent should have been more forthcoming than just to say a TV point. Michael's responsibility was to the vendor but he should have been more transparent in his dealings with prospective purchasers

Nothing was too much trouble for Kristy when she acted as the agent selling a property recently purchased by our family. All calls and texts were handled with speedy turn around .. even when sent by us at unofficial hours (which was not expected by any means!) but was appreciated as we were juggling a lot of things at the time. Once we had exchanged contracts, Kristy was only too willing to meet trades and other people who needed access to the property. She liaised with these people and was always there to meet people when she said she would. Thank you Kristy for making what can be a stressful process run smoothly and in a professional manner.
