Richard is not just like any other agent. He goes above and beyond for the vendor. He is kind, very knowledgeable, real, truthful, honest and doesn't beat around the bush. He doesn't drag things along, he keeps you in the loop and nothing was ever a trouble with him. He isn't pushy and all he wants to do is make you happy. If we could give him 100 stars or more, we would. If we ever have to sell a property in the future, we wouldn't think twice about making Richard our agent again.
