Anita is an absolute rare find in a real estate agent, someone who is very personable but also down to earth and authentic. Anita spent a lot of time at the house, discussing the market and the property and we built a relationship. It’s stressful selling a house and hard to objectively know the value of your own property, I appreciated her calmness and honesty and I really felt that I could trust her professional opinion on price and presentation. The proof was in the price, great result! Thanks

An outstanding, consummately professional RE agent. Knows the market, and positions the vendor in best possible way. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed Anita’s pragmatic and honest approach. Great communication, and we always felt like her calm approach and manner helped us. We would have no hesitancy in recommending or working with Anita or TOOP+TOOP again.
