Wayne and Kadison were very friendly and easy to deal with. Nothing was too hard for them and they were always honest with feedback. We felt comfortable that they would deliver the results that we were after and in the end we gained our target price and our dream of a rent-back option. We could not have been happier with the results.

David is professional and patient throughout the buying process. Although there were a few hiccups and delays during the settlement, he maintained good communication and did his best to keep things on track. I appreciate his honesty and willingness to assist when issues came up. Overall, it was a smooth process, but David’s effort and professionalism made a difference and helped bring it to a positive outcome.
