My life experiences have lead me to believe majority of Real Estate agents are shady, tries to scam you and are not very trustworthy. With this in mind I was very cautious when I first dealt with Leo. But within a first few interactions I knew very quickly Leo was very different and unlike the others as he was very knowledgeable, friendly, super clear and quick with communications but most importantly treated me like a human being. Through Leo and Kay, within a month I landed my dream mammoth 4 bedroom home and was also able to sell my existing 2 bedroom unit at the same time! Sold the unit at a higher price without too much fuss!! Entire experience has been nothing but pleasant and because Leo kept an open relationship it also reduced alot of the stress during the process.
