Having Elissa manage my rental property and eventually its sale, she was always the utmost professional! Nothing ever phased her, dealing with the tenants, the trades, body corporates, these were always done with efficiency and effectiveness! Elissa explored different options for fixes, the trades whatever was called for in managing my property. Communication was open and timely no matter what the situation was. Ellissa was always attentive, responsive and got the job done! When it was time to sell, Elissa went over and beyond being just a real estate agent chasing a sale! Organising the marketing, inspections, legals, nothing was ever too difficult for her to do, the support Elissa gave could not be faulted. Regular catchups tracking the progress, communicating with interested parties and the eventual sale ran smoothly, no hick-ups, issues were experienced. Her knowledge of the market was accurate and concise, researching what was happening day to day was evident, the conversations reassured me she knew what she was doing, but more importantly, was working to achieve the best possible outcome with the sale of my property. No matter if its rental, buying or selling, a job well done on all fronts came to the fore, thank you Elissa and the team at Crozier's and Co Reservoir, I highly recommend their services to all wishing to deal with people who are not just salespeople, but are people that care about you, your property or an intended property purchase. Elissa knows her stuff! Not like every other cookie cutter real estate professional, down to earth, speaks in simple terms and her passion for getting the best outcome is evident in every transaction. Elissa has supported myself through purchases, rentals and selling with an attitude that is second to none. If you get the chance to work with and partner with Elissa in your real estate ventures, grab that opportunity with both hands. High degrees of market knowledge, market nous, very solid business acumen and insightful connections, I highly recommend her as a person and her business.

Elissa did a great job in getting the best $$ possible, and kept me informed of the process all the way through.
