He also advised that we stage the property and I believe this made a huge difference in the appeal of the property to any prospective buyers and definitely drew a stream of prospective buyers through the property during the open for inspection including the eventual successful bidder at the auction. Vince was also the Auctioneer for the property on auction day and again he knew exactly how far we could push the price before we accepted the bid from the highest bidder on the day.
