We have known Sam for several years now as he assisted us numerous times in our extensive search for a property in the Southern Highlands. At all times we have found Sam to be exemplary in all areas. He is both professional and warm. We feel that throughout this process Sam has become a friend and the fact that we now trust him implicitly is why we have now purchased two properties with Sam simultaneously. In an industry that is often fraught with deception, we have found Sam to be a refreshing honest human and an absolute pleasure to work with. We have no hesitation in recommending him and will most definitely use him again when the need arises.

We enjoyed dealing with Sam for the sale of our house. He is straightforward and honest, communicated with us very well and we felt he only brought people for inspection that were genuine buyers and a good fit for our house. He is very knowledgeable about the area, and we were happy with the price he negotiated. We would thoroughly recommend buyers to use Drew Lindsay, and specifically Sam.

We cannot recommend Samuel highly enough. He was the utmost professional throughout the entire process and consistently went above and beyond for us. This is the second time we’ve worked with him, having previously used him for another property sale, and once again he delivered outstanding results. His knowledge of the market is exceptional, and what we appreciated most was his honesty and transparency. He gave genuine, trustworthy advice that helped us make informed decisions. If you’re looking for someone experienced, reliable, and truly professional, we would absolutely recommend him.
