Paul, Judy and their team handled all of this for me. After each inspection day, they would first call me with a report, then send through a written recap of the inspection later in the day. I was kept updated and informed throughout. Early in the week of the auction we discussed the strategy for the auction, the prices of course as well as the overall running of the day. On the day of the sale, I was kept well informed throughout the auction. Paul and Judy are by far the best agents I have worked with over many years of buying and selling investment properties and my own homes.
