I had my place appraised by a number of different agents. Many were great but I chose Fadi Oudith as he was warm and friendly. This was the kind of person that I wanted to represent my home as I knew that buyers would also appreciate his genuine nature. I felt that Fadi really invested in my house and me as a person. After I had already agreed to have Fadi represent me, he presented me with the fees and I was astounded that not only did he come with exceptional reviews, but his fees were below what the rest of the agents charged. From the get go, Fadi’s communication was nothing short of amazing. I never had to call him to ask what was going on as he was right on the ball. Many times, I feel that agents are just wanting any old price just to close the sale. However, Fadi, guided me carefully on what he felt was the best price and he went above and beyond to get the best offer. My house sold before auction for a phenomenal price to someone on Boffo’s data base and I truly believe that this was down to Fadi’s determination. I would highly recommend Fadi and if I was to sell again, I would choose him to represent my home. There are many wonderful agents out there and some not so good ones. Fadi isn’t wonderful. He is exceptional and an asset to Boffo and the real estate industry. We need more good ones like him.

Chris was great and very helpful during the sale process and was a big help. He was very good at getting back to me which as a buyer, other agents were not as helpful.

We Purchased and sold a property with Zach, he was highly professional with a friendly attitude. Zach was helpful and always made us feel welcomed through out the whole process of both purchase and sale, he was never pushy and went beyond and above being available anytime we needed, including on his days off. We highly recommend Zach, He exceeded our expectations with the sale of our home, getting us well above asking price. Zach is laid back but in a professional way, great agent and top bloke all around.
