Selling an elderly parent's home is never easy, and we were so glad we selected Rod to be our agent for this very emotional task. Rod's friendly, open and very empathetic approach reassured us that we had put the selling of mum's home in the right hands. Rod's communications were always timely, informed and respectful. He offered us very realistic reports after each inspection, and we felt we could trust his guidance of what we should expect at the auction. He conducted the auction with great enthusiasm and we were more than happy with the better-than-expected result on the day. Rod has the uncanny knack of putting anyone at ease, and along with his fabulous team at Noel Jones, we always felt our interests were being listened to and considered. I highly recommend Rod and the Noel Jones Team for anyone intending to sell their property in the Ringwood and East Ringwood areas.

Rod and Nicole helped make the experience of selling our long time family home easier than we thought it was going to be. Their experience based advice was honest, straightforward, and friendly which helped put us at ease. Thanks guys!
