We could not have asked for a better experience selling our house. From the very initial conversation the attention to detail and quality of the advice ensured we were at ease throughout. Working with Gianna we really felt we were putting our best foot forward going into the market, confident with the campaign and with how we had prepared the house. We ended up selling prior to auction within a week, well beyond our expectations.
