After having our property listed with another agent twice for a total of well over 9 months, we engaged Tim. Within a week he advised us what we needed to do to improve the presentation (it had been rented out and not looked after well), arranged trades to complete the agreed work and even brought his mower over and mowed the lawns for us so that he could present it well. Well, we didn't have long to wait, within less than 5 days on the market he had a contract for us at our asking price. Tim's communication and professionalism are second to none and he really worked hard for us. He even managed to sell our buyers property within days when their finance was originally rejected.
