Always punctual, not troublesome in negotiations, and quick to communicate. We were able to negotiate and have a rebate close to the price we offered but we were not aware of the 'land tax' that the vendor can ask us to pay off which was equivalent to the rebate amount unfortunately. I was aware of the land tax but didn't expect to be thousands of dollars which I think the developer is supposed to pay. It would be helpful if the agent could assist the first-home buyer with any additional fees that may arise in the future.

Lua was highly recommended by an anonymous person and we could not have been happier that we entrusted her and her team with the sale of my home of 40 years. Our discussions of the market potential and my various options re selling were very educational for us, and indeed essential, as we had not thought about real estate for many years.
