Nic's advice about where to spend money on improvements, and his network of tradespeople, were invaluable over the next few months. It was a fairly long process, but Nic persevered throughout and by the end we had a very worthwhile proposition for potential buyers in a market that had the jitters after the 2026 Budget. After quite a short campaign, a buyer came forward and Nic negotiated a sale price that was acceptable prior to auction.
