We recently sold our home through Hoskins Real Estate Maroondah and had the pleasure of working with David Alvares, Krista Kennelly, and Remy Amini. From start to finish, the team was fantastic to work with—professional, supportive, and highly knowledgeable. We first met David while searching for our next home, and he impressed us with his dedication and persistence. He took the time to sit down with us, understand exactly what we were looking for, and consistently followed up with potential properties. Seeing how committed he was to helping us buy, we felt confident that he’d bring the same energy and network of buyers when it came time to sell our own home. When it came to selling, David set the tone early with his honest and realistic approach. He didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear, but instead provided the insights we needed to hear to make informed decisions throughout the process. His guidance helped us feel confident at every stage, and his experience clearly showed. We sold our home within 2 weeks of being on the market. Krista and Remy were equally impressive—always available, incredibly organized, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for us. They made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable and even enjoyable at times. We truly appreciated the teamwork, transparency, and care that went into selling our home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend David, Krista, Remy, and the entire Hoskins Maroondah team to anyone looking to sell their property.

Since the initial property inspection, Hoskins Real Estate, Maroondah, has offered me excellent professional service in helping me purchase an established property. I am particularly thankful for their prompt and honest communication, flexibility, and, ultimately, for negotiating a great contract.

David and Krista's team steered us through a challenging time to achieve the ultimate outcome we were looking for in selling our house for a good price and in a surprisingly short space of time, given the market conditions.
