I would highly recommend Shal . He has excellent market knowledge and is very good at answering potential buyers questions . He has very good negotiating skills . I originally was going to try and sell my property without an agent , but I am glad that I went with Shal because he sold the property at a price that I probably would not have achieved . I also think that the buyer got a good deal as well , on a property in a niche market that has enormous potential . Shal took a lot of stress off my shoulders by negotiating on my behalf on an investment that I was very emotionally attached to . Shal’s lovely wife was also a big help with staging the property to prepare it for sale and has interior decorating skills that I do not possess . I am very happy with the results and would definitely use Shal’s services again when it comes time to sell another property .
