We have had the pleasure of working with Annie and Bush to Beach Realty for many years as a property manager for our rentals. When it came time to sell our unit we did not hesitate to engage Annie for this process. Annie provided a detailed overview of the sale process including the changes in the new legislation and was always available to answer any questions we had. During the sales process Annie kept us informed at all times including updates on the status of open homes and interest from potential buyers along the way. Nothing was ever too difficult for Annie. She was incredibly responsive, thoughtful knowledgeable and professional. Purchasing this property was quite the ordeal. Martin made promises some of which he kept, some he didn't. Towards the end of the purchase Martin was unable to give the time and attention needed to give answers to the questions posed and access to the property at convenient times. Never got a full set of keys and and bedroom curtains were missing on handover. There just seemed to be one crisis after another and he really didn't know the property very well at all. Felt quite betrayed really.
