Lisa has excellent communication skills, is clear, open and accommodating. She explained the process each step of the way. Not a fan of the make your best offer approach, no back & forth negotiation but I didn't feel manipulated or lied to like I did with other agents. Overall happy. I also had some major works to do and got permission to have tradies come in and quote. Lisa and her office were very accommodating with time, even late notice. I really appreciated her and Jada. They are a professional service focussed team.

Dealing with Rob was great, he had very professional approach and if I was considering selling would give him a run.... as he saw an opportunity to keep negotiating us up and got the vendor a great price. The property we bought was perfect for us and he knew we would pay what it takes and kept pushing. Not sure I want to buy from him again as he was such a good negotiator.
