He was readily available to discuss all our concerns and went above and beyond, obligingly offering inspections at short notice on a number of occasions. In discussions with Scott he said that the 2 balconies in unit 9 (our unit had none) was probably worth about $50k to the sale price. Our unit sold for $807k! Shannan is a super professional agent who was a massive help in us buying our first home.
