Thomas made selling our apartment hassle free. He gave his honest feedback on what it was worth and the end result was within the range he said it would be. He kept in regular contact with us about buyer feedback - happy to chat whenever we needed, but also happy to keep it to informative texts updates per our preferences of not spending too much time on it. Communication levels were perfect for us and he always did what he said he was going to do. I felt like I didn't need to be micro managing because Thomas was all over it and pro-active in his approach. We got the result we wanted in a faster time frame than we expected and would recommend Thomas to anyone wanting an easy and successful time of selling their property.
