Our experience with Matt was amazing especially after we had a not too favourable journey with another agent. Matt came in and managed our whole sale within the 30 day campaign which was needed after a long drawn out process with the other agent. His professionalism, local knowledge, support, guidance is of the highest level and our only regret with our sale was not chosen him first. Our home settled yesterday. Luen is a competent, kind, and smart realtor. She is efficient and knows the Geelong market. Both the agency and Luen did great work. Kept us informed throughout the entire campaign. Dedication is apparent through lots of open houses and subsequent liaison on issues between us and prospective purchasers. Fees are reasonable.
