I loath paperwork, but this was easy. Her reccomendations made the whole adventure as easy as could be. Even with my ID misplaced in the move which could have made settlement drawn out, she didnt panic. She talked me through as a mum would on finding your lost teddy... calm, thoughtful and mindful.
