Very Open Honest Communications from the start. Tim does the work to for each and every client. He is a people person and is super genuine to all parties, both sellers and buyers. Open honest feed back and is extremely happy to take and advise questions, strategies on board. But most of all I think it’s his professionalism, patience and his general care and the challenge that sets him apart from other agents. This whole process was super enjoyable, easy and the results achieved were record breaking for the area!
