We recently sold a property within 4 days of being on the market. Javid Zada was the agent. I found Javid to be professional and knowledgeable. My only criticism is that he wanted to negotiate the commission rate while offers were being discussed, I felt that whatever was in the contract should have been gospel and not open to negotiation.
