We were quite nervous about selling our house as we didn’t really know what we were doing, the moment we met Lou we instantly felt at ease. He organised all the repairs to get the house into a condition that we would get the best possible price for it. Because he organised every part of the sale at no point did we have to organise anything at all. He was always available to answer the phone for any questions we had.
