Mark organised all trades that were required to carry out this work, and for all that was involved in the actual sale (advertising, photography, hire of props, and open day), keeping me informed of progress throughout the whole process. Thanks to Mark the property sold 2 days after the first open day - and at a price that exceeded my expectations!
