Wayne didn't offer glossy brochures nor fancy advertising. Through many years of his experience and knowledge of the local market, he knew what was needed and what was not. I felt safe to leave things in his hand. Communications have been prompt and adequate both with him and the Agency staff.

I first met Wayne back in 2004 when I purchased a property in Midland, and I’ve continued to work with him ever since. Over the years, he has successfully sold three properties for me across Midland and Jane Brook, and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Wayne is exactly what you want in a real estate agent—polite, approachable, and never pushy. He takes the time to understand your situation and provides honest, practical advice without any pressure. You always feel like you’re making informed decisions rather than being steered in a particular direction. What really sets Wayne apart is his local knowledge. Having grown up in the area and spent years working within the Midland market, he knows the suburbs inside out and understands how to position a property to achieve the best outcome. Communication is another strength. Wayne keeps you informed throughout the entire process, is easy to deal with, and is always available when needed. He makes what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. Overall, Wayne is a genuine, down-to-earth professional who knows his stuff and consistently delivers results. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling in the Midland or surrounding areas.

Wayne has been an excellent advocate in selling our property. He was professional, attentive, honest, followed up consistently, proactively solved problems and help overcome anything that interfered with or could delay the sale of the property. Another valuable attribute was he knew the local market and provided helpful guidance based on this knowledge. We would highly recommend Wayne to anyone looking to sell in the Midland area.
