Agencies in Hunchy, QLD, 4555

We had the fortune and pleasure of having Mark as our selling agent recently. We had met Mark at another open home conducted through Blue Moon Property. Mark stood out as a professional agent, however he was very personal, down to earth, caring, patient and friendly. We signed with Mark for a few weeks later to sell our property. Mark always adjusted his schedule to suit ours. Mark never rushed us through our many questions, offered professional and sound advice and kept in contact every step of the way. I never had any troubles reaching Mark via email or phone, the lines of communication were always open. Mark worked with us. Mark was always listening to our wishes respectfully and professionally. Mark successfully commandeered a multi-offer process (5+ offers) on our home with ease. Having the ability to secure multi offers gave us the choice to select the best offer that worked within our current circumstances and terms. Mark is a hard-working agent who sets targets, reaches them and exceeds those targets. Mark is knowledgeable and made the process easy not only through his experience but for his knowledge, experience and research of the local market. Mark is very well presented, clean and tidy. Mark also has a friendly smile that is clear that potential stakeholders warm to easy. Mark is an excellent negotiator. I would absolutely recommend working with Mark as an agent and wouldnt hesitate to work with him again in the event of future property sales.
