The tours of properties were thorough and interesting, with his local knowledge of the land and native wildlife. He went above and beyond to show us areas of the property of great beauty, even if it required a bit of a hike. He was incredibly generous with his time with us, I can't recommend Chris enough. When it came time to sell our house I didn't have much of an idea what the market value of it was and after getting three appraisals we decided on using Chris Duggan. We had previously engaged Chris with some other dealings and as the value of appraisals were approximately the same and felt that his knowledge was extensive. We were happy with the resulting offer and we settled on the sale price.
