Purchasing this property was quite the ordeal. Martin made promises some of which he kept, some he didn't. Towards the end of the purchase Martin was unable to give the time and attention needed to give answers to the questions posed and access to the property at convenient times. Never got a full set of keys and and bedroom curtains were missing on handover. There just seemed to be one crisis after another and he really didn't know the property very well at all. Felt quite betrayed really.

After a few appraisals from different agents, we went with our gut feeling and chose Sean and his business partner, Rob. From start to finish these guys were unreal!! On the market for not even 48hrs we had multiple offers and sold for over asking price! We would highly recommend Sean for a no-bull-crap approach.
