I could not have asked for a better agent to sell my home of 20 years. I had a huge amount of anxiety about selling my home. I even pulled it off the market for a period of time, until I was ready. Nothing was ever a problem for Nolan He is kind, generous and a great negotiator and I happy with the sale. I know I could not have sold with any other agent, as they would not have been happy to go at my pace. His commission is also much less than any other agent. I believe real estate is a genuine love of Nolan’s and his primary reason for doing it is helping people achieve their goals. His team of Morgan and Corey, that support Nolan are also wonderful.
