I had the pleasure of buying my first home through Chevy! He arranged a time for a private inspection, arrived on time, and showed me through the property. Chevy is one of, if not the most responsive person I have ever dealt with. Any phone call is answered or returned in a matter of minutes. This was much appreciated given the stresses associated with buying your first home. I'm very thankful for Chevy, and if the time comes to sell, it will definitely be with him.

Outstanding team

Steve was definitely on the pulse with the market. I thought I had done my due diligence before selling and had a figure in my head. Steve quickly confirmed he could do even better. I was a bit sceptical and he knew it. But instead just going for a quick sale at my price he kicked it out of the park with three offers well over my figure. Throughout the entire process every team member at NGU was on call 24/7 . Something I’ve never experienced before. The whole experience was 5 star.
