After making a decision to sell a block of land I own in Red Cliffs ( I live interstate). I contacted Robert Stephens of Collie and Tierney Mildura, within two hours he was visiting my parents who were overseeing the sale of the land. From the word go Robert Stephens kept me and my parents informed of the process for the sale of the land from advertising, conveyancing and the on line auction process. We were all included in watching the process of the on line auction, at the conclusion the land did not sell. Robert Stephens then explained about moving forward with the marketing of the land . Robert Stephens gave myself and my parents weekly reports about what was happening with the progress with the sale of the land and giving us sound advise. The block of land sold within three months from the date first advertised.
