After two disastrous experiences with other agents—one where our expectations weren’t managed realistically and an auction day passed without a single bidder, and another with a so-called ‘top agent’ who was deceptive, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful—we were jaded and hesitant to try again. Ben is an absolute legend—professional yet genuinely warm, a real people’s person who makes you feel like you’re his only client. From the first meeting Allen explained what the process of selling our house would involve including costs, timelines and expectations. Regular updates were provided after each open house, including detailed meetings to get an understanding of the potential buyers looking to purchase our house. Even though we weren't able to sell on auction day, within a week we had a new buyer with a reasonable offer taking into consideration of the current market conditions and world economic outlook. I would highly recommend Allen and his team to anyone selling within the local Hurstville area.
